PC Lifecycle Technical Lead

The candidate will:
• Manage the PC build techs at our configuration centers from a technical perspective.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of technical operations at the config centers.
• Assist with staff training.
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
• Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments within Bank of America.
• Perform troubleshooting as required.
• Document issue/status reports.

Required Skills:

•    Must have at least 3-5 years leading a team of individuals 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•    Experience with PC Operating Deployment processes and tools.
•    Excellent PC technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
•    Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
•    Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
•    Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
 

Desired Skills:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
