Job Description
Primary responsibility for performing service and fulfillment activities to meet trust client needs and expectations within the Private Banking group. Trust product expert who acts as an additional point of contact for clients and/or as a backup for client-facing trust officers. Provides high level administrative support to client facing Private Bank officers and performs servicing and account maintenance activities, which are primarily trust/fiduciary-related that include PACE/Trust Web accounting transactions, deposits/transfers, etc. Performs administrative duties such as typing, filing, copying, etc. Secondary responsibility for identifying new business opportunities from existing book of business. Non-licensed associate.
