Job Description:
Position Summary
This role will provide a high level of application governance and managing different vendor applications and provide additional supports. Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies.

•-Experience with application support and troubleshooting in a mixed environment (Unix/Windows)

•-Experience with disaster recovery exercises and Continuity Planning Tool (CPT)
•-Experience with application governance and related tools such as RISE and Continuous Monitoring
•-Experience with support request platforms such as Nexus, ITSM/Remedy, myTechnology
•-Experience with Change Management practices and procedures
•-Experience with Active Directory and OU
•-Experience with tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, BladeLogic, PowerBroker
•-Experience with AutoSys scheduler
•-Experience with passwords vaults such as CyberArk and IPMF
