Business Technology Delivery Analyst

Job Description:

This position will support Global Transaction Services Technology acting as a Business Technology Delivery Analyst for Brazil applications in the LATAM region working on deliverables that span both internal mandates and business ennoblement portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Control vulnerabilities remediation for items associated with servers, databases and application;
• Coordinate and control servers patching;
• Understand and assess impact of remediation within the activity window;
• Develop risk management reports and metrics;
• Keep the risk portfolio updated;
• Negotiate deadlines, scope of deliveries, etc;
• Work with teams from various countries and time zones (e.g. Brazil, United States, India).

Core skills and requirements

• Graduated Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Technical knowledge about the infrastructure that supports the application, including:

  Application/Web Servers: Apache, Tomcat, Jboss, Weblogic;

  Operating Systems: Linux, Windows Server;

  Databases: Oracle and SQL Server;

  Knowledge in network infrastructure (firewall, switches, load balancers);

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (mainly Excel);
• Knowledge in Risk Management;
• ITIL Certification;
• Communication structured and objective;
• Teamwork skills;
• Assertiveness in solving problems and challenges;
• Well organized and task control oriented;
• Proactivity and discipline;
