WHY SHOULD I APPLY? (Overview of Role)
The Wholesale Credit Subsidiary Lending Group (WC SLG) are responsible for managing the credit process for the EMEA Corporate Banking Subsidiary & Global Transaction Services Subsidiary business, including facilitating local legal entity approvals, and completion of loan documents, whilst providing Credit Officers outside the region and local business partners, with dedicated support in EMEA. This position reports to the WC SLG Hiring Manager.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING? (Responsibilities)
Independent administration of a client portfolio facilitating credit for local subsidiaries of multinational clients.
Facilitate preparation & review of loan agreements & uncommitted facility letters
Direct interface with internal business partners & external clients
Drive through completion of credit deals in a timely manner
Help manage and adhere to the local Legal Entity booking process requiring liaison with Tax, Legal, Finance, Compliance & local Management teams in the region
Work closely with local subsidiary banking team that covers subsidiaries of non-EMEA multinational parent companies
Coordinate EMEA resources, acting as a liaison between global Relationship Managers & credit team, legal partners, and Credit Services

SKILLS WE LOOK FOR
University graduate or equivalent and/or track record of relevant experience
Credit or Operational background with knowledge of Corporate Banking products and services
Experience with reading / interpreting loan agreements & related documentation
Good working knowledge of Global Treasury Services products & their credit implications
Excellent written skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Team player, results oriented, shows ability to adapt and is able to work under pressure
Demonstrates time management and can prioritize workload
Ability to coordinate with multiple points of contact (internal and external)
