Production Services Specialist

Job Description:

Production Services is responsible for running the day to day operations of the technology platform. Work activities specific to the Senior Production Services roles include Problem/Incident Management, Release/Deployment, Operational Readiness, Capacity/Availability Management, Service Analytics and reporting, Production Governance, Triage, Associate Support, and Change/Configuration Management. In carrying out the production duties, the person needs to follow the bank’s production processes and guidelines, document technical details both for the benefit of team knowledge sharing and for production audit requirements. This is a senior role that will be responsible for in depth triage and SME level application and technical knowledge.

Supports Global Markets Trading functions. Performs analytical, technical, and administrative work in planning, installing, designing and supporting new and existing personal computer equipment and software under moderate supervision. Resolves more complex issues. Consults with end users to determine optimal configuration of equipment and applications. Installs new hardware, software, and maintains existing hardware. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Should have increased awareness and exposure to basic technical principles, concepts and techniques. Typically 1-3 years of technology experience.

• Manage the batch issues and status, escalate when items are not addressed
• Create and write timely and accurate user notifications
• Assist with reporting
• Prioritize and engage management in situations where prioritization is a challenge
• Investigate root cause and identify corrective actions
• Work closely with the development team
• Manage and direct triage calls for significant issues


Desired Skills:

B.E./B.Tech./MCA from a recognized university

Hands-on experience in Autosys, ITRS & Informatica.

Good Communication Skills

Good understanding on the Compliance Technology

Fast learner with good work ethics
