Process Overview:

The Operational Excellence team functions as a Center of Excellence to provide strategic and innovative advantage to Bank of America through Business Excellence, Business Intelligence and Process Excellence Work-streams.

Job Description:

The ARIS Process Architect candidate will be primarily responsible for the Business Process Architecture services. All of these services will require collaboration with rest of the architecture, business and technology groups. The ultimate accountability for the effective execution of the above services will lie with the Process Architect.


The KRAs of the resource will be as follows:

  • Well versed with the Operational Excellence initiative phases

  • Experience in establishing linkages within the defined taxonomies

  • Manage Senior Leaders and business stakeholders

  • Good with data analysis and presentation skills

  • Excellent communication skills


  • Education – Any Graduate

  • Experience Range – 4-5 Years

Foundational Skills:

  • Good understanding of process modeling tools such as ARIS, MS Visio, MS-Power point etc.

  • Excellence in editing PowerPoint slides (offline and online)

  • Eyes for details to suggest improvements for processes

  • Self - Motivated & Consistent in delivering to project timelines

  • Excellent Analytical skills to identify & present gaps with recommendations & plan to drive improvements

  • Advance level of communication skills to build strong relationship with stakeholders

Desired Skills:

  • Must possess excellent communication skills, work ethics, and integrity

  • Good understanding of Process excellence concepts on Lean & Six Sigma

  • preferred Inclination towards Continuous Improvement practices

  • Training & Coaching skills preferred

Shift Timings:   12:30 – 9:30 p.m. (Process Timings: 9 hours per day Flexible in shifts with Weekends OFF)
