Project Manager Lead, Enterprise Finance Technology

Job Description:

The Finance Technology (FT)  team is part of Global Technology & Operations working on various internal projects support the Finance Organization. Typically, the FTteam is responsible for overall program/project management, business analysis and requirements, functional design, testing, organization readiness and deployment activities. The role is part of the FCPS LOB Projects team which supports lines of business across the enterprise with small and medium sized projects, or portions of large, more complex projects impacting financial systems including general ledger, financial and regulatory reporting, tax, and reference data systems. Activities include engagement with relevant parties to understand impacts of upcoming changes to financial systems, collaboration to plan and execute testing, preparation for deployment and subsequent control activities. The role works closely with LOB Project and Operation team members, Global Technology and Operations and CFO stakeholders.


Responsibilities include:

  • Incumbent will provide tool support, data analytics, initiative financial management and reporting for all FT  programs and projects.

  • Incumbent will use many different tools including RAFT, PPRT, PCM, ECG, JIRA, and AgileView and use strong analytical and tool support skills to provide proactive views for our stakeholders. 

  • Incumbent will closely work with the RAFT and GBAM PMO teams to drive tool support issues and enhancements needed by FT  

  • Incumbent will learn and grow as they expand his/her knowledge with the new ECM Change and Project Management tools and processes.

  • Support smaller Project delivery as needed with includes providing project status and reporting, and ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Standards    


REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years prior project/change management experience

  • Working familiarity with PPRT for program and project management

  • Working familiarity  with PCM for initiative financial management

  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficient

  • Must have a great working attitude, be flexible and have experience working in a fast paced environment

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with managers, peers and partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed from them

  • Business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal outcomes

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Agile and Waterfall methods

  • Other technical skills, including MS Access, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.
