Position Description

A role exists within the APAC Client Service group, as a Relationship Manager for our Prime Brokerage Client Service in Australia.

The individual will have extensive interactions with the clients, external counterparties and internal teams such as trading desks, sales and technology. This role reports to the APAC Head of Client Services Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Account Management supporting a portfolio of clients (including a platinum client)
  • Building and fostering good relationship with existing clients
  • Drive the ongoing review of clients and our operational offering
  • Participate and manage projects to delivery
  • Responding to client inquiries and liaising with multiple operational functions globally to resolve issue
  •  Coordinate and liaise with internal teams in APAC, EMEA and US to provide coverage and support for global clients
     

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a client facing operations role preferred
  • Knowledge of prime brokerage operations support, with a clear understanding of Global Markets Trade lifecycle.
  • Demonstrates leadership excellence by having delivered in the past superior tangible results
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
  • Confident communication skills and client focused in approach
