Job Title: Treasury Implementation Advisor - Trade Products
Corporate Title: Up to Assistant Vice President
In this role you will be responsible primarily for the on-boarding of client setups to adopt products and services. You will also provide consultative advice to customers on Bank of America’s Trade product offerings and raise alternative solutions to the client where necessary.
Project managing the implementation of treasury solutions with new and existing clients to Bank of America – covering core product solutions/service offerings
Work in partnership with the client to create and agree an implementation delivery timeline, clearly communicate the project status; identify issues, resolution steps and deadlines
Co-ordinate with internal Business Partners as necessary
Attend conference calls where specific trade product management and client knowledge will assist with the execution of the solution
Provide support and guidance to Sales Officers/Trade Product Specialist where required/requested during the sales process
Ensure all work is managed using the Global Fulfillment workflow tool
EMEA Fulfilment’s primary function is the delivery of cash management solutions to Bank of America’s new and existing clients. Our team of five work in partnership with the client to create and agree an implementation delivery timeline, clearly communicate the project status; identifying issues, resolution steps and deadlines.
Prospective candidate must be able to demonstrate that their knowledge and skill set would complement and bring added value to the Implementation team, typically from the following key areas:
Experience dealing with clients at all levels in a positive and professional manner with the ability to work under pressure
Previous experience in on-boarding or project management for external clients
Prior banking or comparable financial experience with exposure to Treasury or Cash Management product
Trade products experience will be advantageous but is not essential
Good organizational skills
Self-motivating, flexible, proactive; excellent team player and able to work independent of direct supervision
Problem/solving/analytical and organizational skills
Deliver written communications that are well organized, concise yet complete, and in vocabulary appropriate for audience
European language skills would be desirable but are not essential
