Job Title: Cyber Threat Intelligence Attribution Analyst

Here in our Chester office we are looking to recruit for a Cyber Threat Intelligence Attribution Analyst within Cyber Threat Intelligence. The role will primarily include processes by which evidence (i.e., associating software, computer, or networking artifacts) of a malicious cyber activity is collected, analyzed and enriched to produce assessments pertaining to: point of origin, identification of specific digital device, infrastructure or online persona and/or the individual or organization that directed the activity.
Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) works with partners, both internal and external, to reduce risk to the firm and to the financial sector at large. The CTI team provides timely situational awareness, conducts initial triage and analysis of threats, translates indicators and threat actor TTPs into actionable information and conducts strategic assessments of advanced threat actors to reduce impact to the bank. Stakeholders include cyber-security response teams, internal lines of business, senior leadership and external organizations such as law enforcement, industry peers, key suppliers, customers and intelligence sharing partners.
The Cyber Threat Intelligence team is a global team which has great exposure to other GIS functions, various lines of business, senior leadership, as well as provides external engagement opportunities with peer financial organisations and intelligence groups.
