LOB Job Description:
Responsible to ensure that all data, integrations, data exceptions and supplier feeds are monitored, evaluated and escalated where required to protect the integrity of the Asset/CI data.
SME in SOR functionality, knowledge of policy, process, and procedure, strong communication, change coordinator.
Manages and monitors OOS (Out of Service Process) to control and recover devices off network.
Manages CRS (Cost Recovery System) files for BTL billing for technology equipment.
Ad Hoc reporting needs for various LOB/User requests.
Responsible for SACM research queue for MyTech Cost Portal
- ITIL Foundations v3, ITIL Intermediate Service Transition
- Demonstrated understanding of Remedy, Data Analysis, Excel tools, Other skills to be added by specific organization
- Detail oriented, Good organization skills, Provides support for users of information technology, including service level management, capacity management, availability management, etc.
