Job Description:

The Information Security Consultant performs quality assurance testing for highly visible information security related metrics.    The position requires strength and skills in writing, maintaining and executing test plans and scripts for all metrics. Metrics may be automated and application based as well as entered into a portal by end users.  Responsibilities include writing a full bed of regression test scripts for all metrics, functionality and reports/scorecards.  Must be able to meet demands associated with managing multiple projects in a global environment.  Assist with and contribute to overall metric reporting success.
Required Skills:
•       5 to 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing
•       Preparing, maintaining, facilitating and executing test plans and scripts based on a risk-based testing approach
•       Develop automated test scripts for functional and regression testing
•       Responsible for quality of test execution, reporting, tracking and analysis of results
• Must be able to follow data lineage and be able to reconcile results back to systems of origin
• Identify data issues and work to remediate to improve data quality
• Works to document, track and seek resolution of defects
•       Ability to own and deliver on complex initiatives in a high paced, evolving environment.
•       Ability to proactively identify, analyze and address problems to resolve issues whenever possible in way that minimizes negative impact and risk to the organization
•       Advanced proficiency with MS Vizio, Excel, PowerPoint
•       Ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight
•       Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking
•       Effective communication skills at all levels
•       Ability to be comfortable delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding
Desired Skills:
•       Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
•       Experience with internal applications (GIS Dashboard, ROCK) and BI Tools (Arcadia Visualizations)
•       Ability to effectively communication with Technical and Non-Technical business owner
•       Assist with internal efficiency projects and development
