Job Description:

The Producing Sales Manager (PSM) performs a dual role, serving as both a Financial Advisor and a Business Support Manager.

  • Demonstrates role model behavior, leads by example and sets the tone for all employees to be treated with respect and professionalism.

  • Lead, drive and manage business results within a MLWM branch office in addition to the responsibilities of running and supporting overall development of a wealth management practice.

  • Coach and manage Financial Advisors (FA) including training/education for new and existing FAs.

  • Supports management to develop, execute and achieve the business goals for the complex

  • Requires a thorough knowledge of the business unit’s functional area and products, as well as knowledge of general policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices.

  • Understands the company’s overall strategy, how our businesses operate and how we succeed against competitors and generate profits.

  • Builds partnerships and connects with others across the organization to achieve sustainable results through effective communication.

Required Skills:

  • Must have Series 7, 9, 10, 66 or equivalent, for supervisory responsibility
