The Producing Sales Manager (PSM) performs a dual role, serving as both a Financial Advisor and a Business Support Manager.
Demonstrates role model behavior, leads by example and sets the tone for all employees to be treated with respect and professionalism.
Lead, drive and manage business results within a MLWM branch office in addition to the responsibilities of running and supporting overall development of a wealth management practice.
Coach and manage Financial Advisors (FA) including training/education for new and existing FAs.
Supports management to develop, execute and achieve the business goals for the complex
Requires a thorough knowledge of the business unit’s functional area and products, as well as knowledge of general policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices.
Understands the company’s overall strategy, how our businesses operate and how we succeed against competitors and generate profits.
Builds partnerships and connects with others across the organization to achieve sustainable results through effective communication.
Must have Series 7, 9, 10, 66 or equivalent, for supervisory responsibility
