The QA Specialist position will be working in a highly motivated IVR test team that is testing the client interactions with our Integrated Voice Response system. We service Consumer (Deposits and Credit Card), Home Loans and Merrill Lynch (GWIM) clients. We work with other channels like Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Synergy and more. Also this QA Specialist will be working in an Agile environment with Onshore and Offshore resources. Since we test both English and Spanish, this position must be filled with a Bilingual Tester. Working side by side with the developers, designers, the line of business and product owners is rewarding and helps to drive a great working relationship that ends up with a successful deployment to our clients. This position allows the tester to manually test, perform in-cycle automation, and use tools that most testers have not experience, and provides a new opportunity in testing a voice system.
Must be bilingual (Spanish).
At least 3-5 years’ experience in Software testing. (Both Manual and Automation.)
At least 3-5 years’ experience in automation scripting including creation of test automation framework and test scripts.
Hands on experience with working in an Agile / Scrum setting.
Hands on experience with one or more automation toolsets such as Cyara, Rational.
Functional Tester, Rational suite tools, Quick Test Pro (QTP) / Unified Functional Tester (UFT), or Selenium.
Hands on experience in Rally, JIRA, Quality Center\ALM.
Excellent client interaction and communication skills.
