Manages a low to moderate complexity change project to a full-scale deployment in a live environment. Works under regular supervision to support projects relating to corporate change initiatives impacting multiple business units, product lines, or business processes. Projects may require cross-divisional coordination, communication, influence and negotiation. Provides advanced analytical support for change initiatives through regular prescribed routines. Responsible for significant contributions to the design, development and completion of project deliverables. Responsible for timely completion of project deliverables. Works with project team members on all phases of initiatives. Contributes to projects impacting a business unit, product line, or business process. Develops and revises project materials and maintains project documentation. Explains and frames the benefits of a project in terms that are meaningful to the audience. Uses the right questions and tools to uncover root causes to business challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations. Position is entry level project management position. Global Transaction Services Technology, AML and Tax (GTST);
Responsible for establishing and managing projects to collectively deliver desired business outcomes. Project managers lead a variety of different types of projects utilizing several different methodologies including large scale application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrade and deployments. Project managers may manage multiple projects and may have end to end responsibility for the work effort and may lead both technology and non-technology initiatives. Project Manager will also be responsible for project financials partner closely with Line of Business Change Management teams to provide updates on technology deliverables.
This person is responsible for end-to-end technology delivery of the assigned project and is the primary point of escalation for technology issues. Drives overall technology execution and manages line of business stakeholder relationships and acts as their advocate throughout the life of the project.
Plans, organizes, monitors and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion. Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies. Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed. Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change. Responsible for financials and project documents. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
