Manages a team of 9 FTE and a Team Leader. Oversees the processing of wire transfers. The successful incumbent must have strong leadership skills, demonstrated ability to delegate work in a virtual environment, coach, train and meet critical deadlines.
Must have end to end knowledge of wire processing including CHIPS, Fedwire and SWIFT formatting.
Strong knowledge of straight through processing requirements, database rules and ability to interpret wire transfer audit trails and other complex transactions. Expertise in various bank applications, including Bankers Almanac/TGBR, GIN, DDA. Ability to meet all quality standards and implement process improvements.
Desired skills include prior Six Sigma certification, WTX database skills, ability to create ad hoc reporting and analyze data.

Ability to coach and develop teammates, provide training support, write procedures and job aids
Basic knowledge of laws, rules and regulations governing the wire transfer service
The successful incumbent will have strong U.S. dollar clearing product knowledge
Ability to drive process improvements while meeting all compliance requirements
Strong knowledge of electronic funds transfer automation capabilities to enhance straight through processing
Able to develop reporting requirements, analyze information and make data driven decisions
Demonstrated ability to lead a high volume, high risk process maintaining quality standards
