Here in our Chester office we are looking to recruit for a Third Party Service Analyst role to manage the Bank of America Managed Print Service programme across the EMEA space. The role will be responsible for the timely delivery of desktop hardware to meet to demanding quality standards of each line of business in line with the leasing standards.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Oversight of the Managed Print Service (MPS) for EMEA
  • Responsible for the refresh cycle and optimization of the print fleet
  • Working with Business areas, Project managers and other technical leads across the EMEA region to support the print requirements
  • Championing strategic print programs to identify and introduce new products and services
  • Monitoring SLAs/OLAs between service and the end user
  • Governance of the annual budget of the Managed Print Service
  • Driving effective risk management within to ensure that processes are in place and are effectively used
  • Being accountable for delivering and understanding metrics including volume, savings, and expenses with forecasts
  • Supporting the product launch & support materials for new technology
  • Continually enhancing knowledge of current Business processes, and Technical environments, having strong focus on the end customer
  • Third party supplier partner management, working with the existing team ensuring smooth delivery of vendor services to employees across the region

    The Team:

    The Managed Print Service Programme covers across the EMEA space with a small team working under Lee Hill. An exciting team with an excellent culture of training and development, with opportunities to increase the scope of the roles responsibilities.

  • Experience in a Management Print Program
  • Excellent Communication skills (Written & Verbal)
  • Project Management experience
  • High level of Excel skillset
  • Excellent Relationship Management experience
  • Budget Management
  • Flexibility and ability to quickly respond to changing demands and priorities
  • Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
