Position Description

Treasury Fulfillment, Service & Operations is responsible for the end-to-end implementation, servicing, and operations of all treasury and depository solutions for corporate, commercial and business banking clients globally, and for treasury operations in Canada, EMEA, Latin America and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all job processes within Payments Operations are performed timely and accurately as per Service Level Agreement, in accordance to the bank’s internal procedure/policy as well as local regulations.
  • Ensure that all outstanding items that require follow up actions (AOC, OFAC and etc.) are resolved timely and accurately.
  • Review various production reports (overdraft, exception, past due, reconciliation reports an etc.) promptly.
  • Escalate problems or issues urgently.
  • Prepare internal and external reports as required.

  • Ensure that remediation, process change and/or business process improvement are timely implemented and documented on Desk Top Procedure (DTP).
  • Ensure contingency plans are up-to-date, and tested for effectiveness.
  • Manage resources - human, process, system - to optimize productivity, service and quality

Key Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of DTP and risk management/effective Quality Assurance.
  • Sound knowledge of policies/guidelines and regulations applicable to the banking business activities set by the Bank (OFAC, AML, etc.), Bank Indonesia and other local regulators, pertaining to area of responsibility.
  • Sound knowledge of the GBS system including all its functionalities and applications.
  • Communicate effectively - good verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize assignments to efficiently manage time.
  • A team player - work together within the team, and with other teams to provide value-added service to clients and/or to business partners and/or to the bank as a whole.
  • When assigned as a Team Lead, able to lead and coach accordingly.
