Background: Closely vet change request that can be disruptive, need operational assistance and/or require an outage on Mainframe. Plans the activities and coordinates the actual implementation of the changes during the scheduled maintenance windows, working to mitigate any adverse change related impacts. A working knowledge of IPL, POR procedures and HMC is required. Job requires a work schedule consisting of weekdays and depending on the job responsibilities, a rotating weekend night schedule.
