Business analyst responsible for analysis, development, maintenance and quality assurance for reporting and metrics, in support of Global Records Management (GRM) policy and standards adherence and governance. Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation. Plans, organizes, monitors and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques while effectively communicating with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed.
Required Job Skills:
Organized, detail oriented, analytical thinker with experience in data analysis, metrics reporting, business support and administration. Able to take ownership of highly-visible and mission-critical data, with legal and regulatory impacts. Able to communicate clearly and escalate as needed to maintain defensibility of data and reporting/management process. Microsoft SQL Server, Excel, Office and SharePoint software knowledge required. Reporting tools expertise required preferably Tableau and/or MicroStrategy. Time management and the ability to prioritize work load essential for success.
Desired Job Skills:
Familiarity with Records and Information Management System (RIMS), data management, data governance and/or content management experience. Experience with SharePoint, SQL, Tableau, Microstrategy and MS SSRS. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, project). Strong communication (written and verbal). Proven history of being a team player; comfortable engaging with team members from multiple businesses. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain quality goals, meet aggressive delivery deadlines and garner consensus from multiple technical and non-technical partners
