Position Summary

Agile coach for Financial Center & ATM technology team.  The role requires proven coaching experience and the ability to work with teammates with varying levels of experience.  The coaching team is on point to drive our agile maturity and strategies for improvement.  Strong interpersonal skills required and ability to work with teammates at all levels of the organization.  Experience in Jira and other agile tools is a must.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles including SAFE
  • At least 3 yrs of agile coaching experience
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Ability to assess current practices and identify & execute on improvements
  • Proven coach, teacher, and mentor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience leading learning/training sessions
  • Strong knowledge of Jira and Horizon - knowledge of other agile/collaboration tools is beneficial

Desired Skills

  • Self-starter, with an ability to identify skill gaps and identify solutions
  • Flexibility to work with team members with varying levels of agile knowledge
  • Knowledge of Agility Health assessments and the TED tool
  • Ability to coach multiple teams
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools
