A position in Trade and Credit Operations within Fulfillment, Services and Operations handling Credit and Loan transaction processing and also processing Client Onboarding. Besides handling the daily process, the associate is also responsible to handle client services and communication related to Credit, Loan and Client Onboarding Operations.
Processing transactions mainly in Credit and Loan Operations as well as Client Onboarding. Ensure all transactions are processed in timely manner as per SLA and accurately as possible, in accordance to the company’s internal policies and local regulations. Ensure the required reports are prepared timely and accurately and submitted within the required timeline.
Adhere to Operational risk to maximize operational control effectiveness and profitability, while minimizing risk. Proactively identify, debate, address and escalate any deviations/issues on immediate basis. Perform and Monitor periodical reconciliations. Escalate and resolve exceptions. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders by providing professional operational services to achieve client satisfaction Understand local regulatory related to Credit and KYC/AML as well as various ad-hoc regulatory requirements Ensure that the company delivers services and execution that meet market-leading standards Constantly look for avenues of improvements in process, controls, and customer services
