Role Overview

Global Corporate Banking Technology & Operations is seeking to expand its services & infrastructure in Asia. The business is looking for dynamic and talented individuals to support the strategy in order to meet the growth demands from clients and client management groups in the product areas of Payments/Wire, Trade & Credit Services, Bank Notes, Commercial cards etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring day-to-day transactions for received at New Accounts central team
  • Provide appropriate assistance to Team Lead for day to day business.
  • Processing of daily and periodic standing requests.
  • Direct interaction with clients for resolution of queries and follow-up on documentary exceptions.
  • Contributing towards department efforts in the areas of constant process improvement, improving productivity rates.
  • Maintains internal operational and financial controls and ensure they meet bank standards
  • Regular Interaction with internal and external clients for job related activities.
  • Ensures quality service and effective & efficient operations support for the unit.
  • Ensuring adequate controls are in place.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting/ response deadlines
  • Direct interaction with clients for resolution of queries and follow-up on documentary exceptions.
  • Preparation of Internal and Customer related MIS as per the requirement.
  • Effectively resolve customer queries/complaints on a regular basis.
  • Support Client Services and Implementation on client review and requirements

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE                                                         

    •          Graduate with 1 to 2 years OR MBA with 0 to 2 years of experience with an excellent academic record, operations experience in a multinational/leading Pvt Sector Bank

    ood knowledge of GL systems and other standalone systems being used in the Bank. Good Customer Service and Inter-personal skills. Good computing and accounting skills. Quality conscious and having flair for constant process improvement. Ability to manage volumes with accuracy. Ability to cop-up with pressure during rush hours. Basic knowledge of Banking Operations functions (like Remittance, cash etc…) Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a team and within stiff time deadlines
