Seeking an experienced Language Data Researcher and Developer. This individual contributor role will provide broad exposure to the Enterprise Complaints and Operational Excellence Operations and Technology organizations.
The Enterprise Process Oversight Reporting and Analytics team designs and develops lexicons and reports that drive daily business decisions. This role focuses on expanding analysis and evaluation of speech and interaction data deliverables. The Language Data Researcher will become an expert in dialog evaluation processes, work closely with a team of skilled analysts and machine learning scientists, and be a key member in developing new conventions for relevant lexicon improvement processes. The Language Data Researcher will be asked to handle unique data analysis requests that support the overall processing and evaluation of communication data mining and analysis. To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for data, efficiency, and accuracy.
Provide key support for ongoing and new data mining efforts utilizing a variety of scripting and analytics tools, to deliver requested data and undiscovered insights to our business partners. The ideal candidate will spend time researching and learning new tools in the industry to help continually advance and grow our linguistics and data mining products. An example of this work would be lexicon reporting with sentiment scoring of either text or phonetic data.
Develop strong relationships with our stakeholders and provide outstanding customer service. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to inform our partners of various solutions using easy to use and business relevant language. You will be responsible for offering suggestions based on the request and discussing risks as well as benefits. An example of this work would be evidence of active participation in data routines with end users, presentations of data stories and/or a demonstration of a developed report.
Given the potential impact of decisions made based on work products delivered, the standard for quality is extremely high, the tolerance for defects or errors is very low, and the need for effective socialization and buy-in of content and ideas is high. Thus the ability to communicate effective is critical.
Enterprise Role Overview:
Responsible for performing complex analysis and modeling. Utilizes a variety of systems including, but not limited to Excel, Access, Visual Basic, SAS, and InfoQuest at an intermediary level. Provides analytical support on various strategies to ensure company goals are met. Coordinates the production of performance reports and updates for senior management. May utilize established databases to provide statistical and financial modeling. Analyzes portfolio trends, concerning risk, loss trends, marketing performance, portfolio dynamics, and bureau scoring criteria. Will participate in the rollout of company-wide pilot programs developed as a result of programmed models. Duties primarily include the regular use of discretion and independent judgment. 2-5 years experience preferred.
