The Operations Analyst will perform diverse supporting functions including liaison with the Banknotes Trading Desk, vendors and business partners. This role requires strong supporting skills (transaction monitoring, prompt follow ups with various departments) along with excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communications skills. The individual must be detail-oriented and have experience in balancing multiple tasks and priorities


  • Monitor and review Banknote transaction details before submitting to vault
  •  Support activities inclusive of vault limit monitoring, cross border documentation and ordering of supplies
  • Complete month-end reporting inclusive of country flow and counterfeit report
  • Complete daily reporting inclusive of activity to FED and transportation logs
  • Handle a varied level of investigations of internal and external enquiries
  •  Work closely with Vendor and business partners
  • Adhere to all key deadlines and requirements
  • Flexibility to work shifts
  • Work in a secured environment
  • Other administrative duties as required


  • Commitment to teamwork
  • Solid computer skills including Excel and strong analytical skills
  • One to two years banking experience an asset
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of processes and procedures 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Post-Secondary education
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. It may be necessary to work on weekends or statutory holidays to meet the needs of the business unit
  • Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward
  • Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base

  •  Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong teamwork skills
