Process Overview:

Global Risk Governance and reporting is an internal function within the Global Markets Operations & Middle Office business that works closely with all its functions and strives to build a strong control environment, around the day-to-day activities performed by these functions, through various initiatives on pro-active risk management.

Job Description:

Members of the Risk Governance team provide best in class risk process knowledge and lead holistic risk governance by ensuring full transparency and consistency across the risk management practices. Candidate will play a critical hands-on role in supporting stakeholders and executives by developing, optimizing, and updating risk reports and dashboards needed to assess for operational risk within Client Operational Services. Candidate in this role will be responsible for helping to drive innovative reporting practices, this includes identifying new ways to analyze and visualize data to help leadership gain the insights they need to drive risk-based decisions to strengthen the control environment. Applicant will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the SharePoint sites and portals including content management, capability enhancements and user permissioning.


  • Responsible for execution of timely & accurate risk reporting,  interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and identifying trends
  • Preparation of risk portfolio reports and presentations for various stakeholders , liaise with onshore oversight to coordinate requested reporting output and meet deadlines
  • Design and develop intuitive and robust reporting dashboards and visualizations to ensure adherence to requirements
  • Management of SharePoint portals – Develop, configure and maintain document libraries, enterprise lists and site collections. Perform system administrative activities such as site creation, user training, backup, restore and issue resolution.
  • Enforce strict adherence to SharePoint Governance. Manage permissions and ensure that the permissions are current
  • Maintain current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices and procedures for SharePoint solutions
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiency & implement in a controlled manner.


  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree in related field/Graduates in Accounting Management or Finance /MBA Finance
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with using SharePoint as a designer, creating pages and using Web parts, including data, content, supporting services.

Mandatory skills:

  • Experience with advanced Excel/Access/VBA/SQL skills
  • Experience in SharePoint Administration (Advanced site access permissions, site collection administration, and site libraries/lists data management)
  • Experience in SharePoint Governance and Reporting
  • Excellent data analysis skills and Data Visualization – Excel, Tableau
