Service Delivery Agent role will assist with service delivery and administrative functions usually for a large department or for a complete business unit. Functions may include: service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. Administers bank programs and policies and may direct the development of the department's administrative policies and procedures. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department's or business unit's functional operations. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices.Works independently, with limited direction, and is evaluated through end results. Participates with IT management in the development of technology products, service standards and development efforts that impact the client/business area.

◾Scheduling of meetings and calendar management
◾Prepare managers for day meetings including daily calendar, assist in compiling and organizing documents and materials for meetings
◾Performing onboarding tasks for incoming resources/off boarding tasks for exiting resources
◾Accurately arrange complex, detailed and frequently changing travel plans and itineraries
◾Expense processing
◾Assist with various administrative aspects of the GSD&E Leadership team
◾May assist other Sr. members of the leadership team when needed
◾Assist key leaders in coordinating and managing of team routines, events and activities
◾Needs to be resourceful and able to work autonomously across a complex organization structure
◾Must be able to be adaptable and work with well with people with different interpersonal styles
◾Must be able to work across multiple time zones based on critical needs

◾Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Microsoft Word, Project, PowerPoint experience

May direct workflow activities.
