Employee Stock Option Onboarding and Maintenance aligns with the boarder part of the Wealth Management Operations and is an Operations area which service is primarily provided through a document processing environment including document review and account updates as a part of Retirement Operations. Employee Stock Option associates provides front office operational support for Client Onboarding & Account Maintenance for retirement retail brokerage account types.
Daily responsibilities will be to provide tutorial support for routine account maintenance and opening according to established procedures and prescribed processes in support of Global Wealth Investment Management operations. Associates are expected to provide quality service and effective operations support for the assigned areas, internal business partners, and clients. Individuals at this level are expected to be able to actively and skillfully conceptualize daily areas of opportunity as well as demonstrate the ability to make informed decisions.
Primarily responsible for processing out of daily assigned queues from the field related to account opening or maintenance requests handled by ESOP.
Consistently meet expectations for performance metrics and quality standards.
Assist with resource content review and updates
