Process Overview

Client Access is a part of Global Business Services hierarchy and is an end Operations team for CashPro Online; CashPro WIRES & Global market – Connection products. Works on email requests/packages that cannot be set up through interface. Adding, Modifying and deleting various setup and sub products of CashPro Online; CashPro WIRES & Global market – Connection. Request received via GFS and email from US, APAC, EMEA, LATAM & CANADA regions.

Job Description

  • The associate will report to an FLM
  • Add, Modify and delete various setup and sub products of CashPro Online; CashPro WIRES & Global market – Connection
  • Manage regular conversations through emails & online chats with onshore & offshore teams

Responsibilities

  • Provide resolution to the status requests and queries from internal customers
  • Deliver and manage individual targets and contribute towards process metrics
  • Adherence to the SLAs
  • Adhere to the NNTs

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate
  • Experience Range: 3-5 Years
  • Mandatory skills
  • Banking knowledge
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
