Small Business Commercialization – Merchant Services

Job Description:

Facilitate prioritization processes and routines for efficient execution of products and programs to be commercialized. Plan, execute and measure effectiveness of strategic product and program launches. Enable the merchant enablement teams by articulating the value proposition, developing a go to market strategy, and ensuring timely completion of commercialization reviews including (but not limited to) product, marketing, communications, regulatory, legal, TPS, business sponsors and executive management team.  


  • Manage proactive communications with relevant stakeholders from strategy through execution
  • Provide relevant, timely and easily consumable updates to all internal and external audiences
  • Define key metrics and goals related to go to market plan progress and success
  • Measure and report on progress toward metrics and goals
  • Constantly seek feedback from the business on launch requirements and line of business SMEs
  • Guide internal stakeholders through post implementation reviews.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of commercialization go to market planning experience in Merchant or Payments Industry or related Industry
  • Ability to create a strategic roadmap, release plan and project plan
  • Analytical, with the ability to gather data, synthesize the data and tell a story
  • Strategic thinking
