Job Description:

The role involves working closely with BAML’s large and widespread research franchise as well as the distribution network across the globe to work towards constantly improving and maintaining BAML EM / APAC market share and building on our strong global franchise

Role Description:

  • Create EM / Asia specific content by using market news + internal sources and disseminate internally and externally to clients.
  • Execute client business using all available channels (blocks, algos, market makers, pt) balancing best execution needs whilst maximizing the commission/revenue opportunity to BofA.
  • Responsible for managing and communicating the needs of the desk to the various product groups such as equity derivatives, financing, advisory, stock loan, trading and research. Partner with different teams to facilitate cross selling of the various products across Global Markets.
  • Candidate must have experience in high touch execution and a basic understanding of EM and/or Asia Pacific markets.

Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level  (or equivalent experience)

Skills:

  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving  skills are required
  • Meticulous attention to detail, diligence and conscientiousness
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Capable of working effectively both independently and with multiple teams/individuals
  • Solid broking skills
  • High level knowledge of Bloomberg and Excel
