Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) reduce Controllable ECCR(Enterprise Customer Care Resolution) Complaints by improving and enabling Monitoring of Key Processes, initiatives and programs such as reduction in repeat and reopened complaints. The ECCR Reporting Team has routines in place to create and manage, store, and maintain, and refresh reports in addition to the report automation activity. This procedure outlines the basic steps to check dependencies, perform a Refresh, validate the data, save the report and understand the distribution rules, if necessary. The reports are categorized on Production, Quality, Regulatory and Issues management thereby enveloping the entire ECCR domain and providing an in depth view on the pulse of the business. The goal of the ECCR team is to reduce the time it takes to resolve a customers' questions or concerns by minimizing the number of hand-offs between departments and creating a more clear, consistent and positive customer experience.
As an analyst, Individual will be part of the EPO reporting and Analytics team will work in supporting the migration of existing SQL Server data and processes to Hadoop ecosystem. Analyst will build the data load pipelines in line with the business requirements using multiple Hadoop components.
Collaborate & work closely with cross functional business partners Develop efficient scripts to generate data in Hadoop from disparate sources for reporting needs Create Data Load pipelines to ingest historical and daily delta loads in Hadoop Be a key contributor to initiatives that require technical expertise
