Process Overview*
GBS Technology Support team India supports all lines of business and are responsible for providing Technology Support Services along with implementing all Enterprise programs
Management and Change imperatives across a number of horizontals impacting the Organisation. The main outcomes of the Business Management team are encompassed within a service catalogue covering various horizontals like Financials, People Engagement, Risk Coordination, Capacity Management, Market Leader Management, Reporting/Tooling Utility etc

Job Description*
Role will be of a Business Support Management (BSM) Leader, who would be working very closely with the GBS Technology Delivery Head & Technology Site Managers for key GBS Technology deliverables and would be responsible for facilitating transformational projects within the organization. In addition, the BSM Leader would be assisting the GBS Technology work streams/groups operationally. Furthermore, the role will be required to critically evaluate MIS and create opportunities for operational excellence for all work streams/groups and facilitates Management Business Reviews (MBRs), work streams/groups deep dives and acts as a key liaison support to GBS Technology India.


  • Drive a best in class reporting utility – Create a value add reporting function that thrives on automation / self-service and importantly drive value. Also enable smooth data consolidation /access /retrieval and aggregation.
  • Governance - Delivery of Score card metrics /dashboards across all horizontals and exception reporting.
  • Tooling Utility  - Design /Build and Manage a tooling utility / workflow tools as per business  eg SharePoint
  • Risk Management : Understanding of Risk Framework and applicability to the process & Governance
  • Operational Excellence  -Establish strong processes for forecasting / budget management / capacity management etc and ensure all risks and controls are addressed appropriately
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Engage with all stakeholders actively, drive a partnership culture ,  recommend solutions , enable implementation and escalate as appropriate
  • Work with project management teams across the enterprise to gather and document portfolio health, including financial commentary, red/yellow project remediation, release updates and portfolio health reporting

  • Education* - Minimum Graduate

    Certifications – Process Excellence, PMP (Optional)

    Experience Range* - overall experience of 10+ years of relevant experience

Mandatory skills* -

  • Strong  written and verbal communication skills with an ability to synthesize large amounts of information and present as succinct dashboards and decks
  • Excellent Business Presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of Business Management activities like Forecasting, Budgeting, Resource Hiring, metric reporting , standardization & Optimization
  • Strong exposure on BPM, RSA, PRC, Migration methodologies , staffing, driving strategic initiatives
  • Excellent working knowledge of SharePoint, Excel VBA, MS Office Suite
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills along with attention to detail
  • Strong listening, influencing and diplomacy skills and ability to interact across  wide range of stakeholders with a partnership mindset
  • Confident and assertive – able to logically and emphatically put across her/his point of view to influence/ convince, without coming across as aggressive
  • Must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and display strong prioritizing, planning and organizing skills
  • Ability to flex/ stretch/ multi-task given time-critical business needs and quickly change direction as needed while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders, team members and managers across global locations

    Desired skills* -

  • Self-Motivated individual with strong work ethic and good stakeholder management skills. Previous experience of leading teams is a huge advantage
  • Exposure to risks and controls environments
  • Experience of driving continuous learning and development needs for self and team
  • Organizing and driving  effective meetings and workshops
