GBS Technology Support team India supports all lines of business and are responsible for providing Technology Support Services along with implementing all Enterprise programs
Management and Change imperatives across a number of horizontals impacting the Organisation. The main outcomes of the Business Management team are encompassed within a service catalogue covering various horizontals like Financials, People Engagement, Risk Coordination, Capacity Management, Market Leader Management, Reporting/Tooling Utility etc
Role will be of a Business Support Management (BSM) Leader, who would be working very closely with the GBS Technology Delivery Head & Technology Site Managers for key GBS Technology deliverables and would be responsible for facilitating transformational projects within the organization. In addition, the BSM Leader would be assisting the GBS Technology work streams/groups operationally. Furthermore, the role will be required to critically evaluate MIS and create opportunities for operational excellence for all work streams/groups and facilitates Management Business Reviews (MBRs), work streams/groups deep dives and acts as a key liaison support to GBS Technology India.
