Release and Change Implementation Management - Coordinate, Manage and Implement Change Activates for Online Applications, Processes and Infrastructure. Deliver customer profile projects and changes across the consumer and wealth spaces customers for our digital and associate-facing channels

Using change presentations forums, review/coordinate/approval/schedule all Partner Team production change activities Partner Teams -  Application Development, Technology Infrastructure, WebSphere, Database, MQ, Mainframe, Midrange, GIS.

Create/coordinate detail task plans, manage production updates and production turnovers. Review of planned activities for feature differences, manual intervention on each step, Change implementation schedule and support dependency, Static vs Dynamic, Customization flexibility, Performance concerns

Supporting DAIT CCDP Consumer Application

Examples of apps supported – OM, OREE, OFR, CBER, CEH, CICM, MDP - WCC, FFD, FRE, CNE, CMX, PSA, ECP, SPX, FFD, GAI, ECH, etc.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5  Change management or Production Support
  • Strong Analytical and Problem Solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to communicate effectively across varied areas including technology, business units and senior leadership
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to daily changing requirements
  • Ability to work independently or with a Team
  • Good Learner both in person and virtually
  • JAVA, J2EE, and /or COBOL
  • DB2  /SQL
  • XML
  • SOAP/UI
  • Mainframe and/or Middleware

Desired Skills:

  • Financial Industry Experience•Tools, Applications, and Systems relevant to Customer Systems Technology
  • Websphere
  • MQ and data replication technologies such as QREP are a plus
