Description

The Global Bulk Client Support team supports all post-transactional investigations for Customized Bulk FX Clients as well as providing expertise and guidance to clients.  The team currently supports a 7:00 am to 5:00 pm EST daily coverage however hours are subject to change as business needs of clients are reviewed to ensure sufficient coverage support. The Operations Analyst will report to the Department Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, address and respond to client inquiries received by email, phone or fax
  • Answer Incoming client calls
  • Provide best practices and guidance to Bulk FX Clients
  • Other administrative duties
  • Archiving and controlling of department records

Qualifications

  • Client Servicing Experience
  • Working knowledge of AS400/GBS and On Line Support an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and keyboarding skills
  • Knowledge of the banks Treasury products an asset
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also a Team player
  • Ability to meet established deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
  • Post secondary education preferred but not required
  • Experience in financial services preferred but not required
