Business Unit overview:

We have an exciting opportunity in London for a Project Manager to join our Divestitures and Strategic Execution team within Global Technology and Operations.

You will serve as either a work stream-level change lead for a sub-component of a larger program, or in a supporting capacity on a larger, more complex work stream. You may be assigned to support more than one work stream or function.  You will be partnered with a line-of-business leader or subject-matter-experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysing present-state, developing future-state approaches and facilitating implementation of solutions
  • Lead the assessment and execution of a single work stream for a large-scale, enterprise change initiative, with cross-line of business and external impacts
  • Partner with business subject-matter-experts, not solely manage through a standardised process and tools
  • Present to senior leaders when required

Core skills:

  • Experience with Quartz a benefit
  • Experience in dealing with groups such as Trading, Risk, Risk Quants, Technology, Model Risk Management and BFC
  • Excellent change management experience
  • Refined presentation skills, the ability to synthesize information, and communicate clearly with partners
  • Understanding of Change Standards, Policy and Tools would be helpful
  • Must be able to establish credibility and communicate effectively with business partners and support leads on technical topics (quantitative models, risk management, product pricing, product approval governance) 
  • Preferred but not pre-requisite: PRINCE 2, PMP coupled with CIMA, IMC or CISI
  • Degree background: STEM (Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Maths) preferred
