Sr. Data Technology Analyst

Responsibilities include:

  • Define product requirements in partnership with stakeholders and alignment with the overall data strategy at Bank of America.
  • Collaborate with other product owners and technologists to build and prioritize product roadmap and backlog.
  • Work with leadership to define product KPIs aligned with broader business goals.
  • Pull and synthesize product data and share results with the product team and stakeholders.
  • Work with leadership to define product KPIs aligned with broader business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, engineering teams, quality assurance, revenue operations, and third-party vendors to build out new features for testing and release.
  • Build a deep understanding of our users through user feedback, experiments, interviews, research, and analysis to iterate on our product priorities and better inform our initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, partners, business, and technical teams, and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Actively measure and analyze existing products for opportunities to innovate and improve.

This position is a member of the Enterprise Data Management team and the Individual will be responsible for multiple, simultaneous efforts; using analytical, collaborative, and technical skills to execute assigned responsibilities. 

Required Job Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in a technology role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, engineering, computer science or related field.
  • Experience with desktop/mobile analytics tools such as Tableau and Microstrategy
  • Experience with product and software development techniques and agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Team player with an all-hands-on-deck attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders
  • Familiarity with financial services a plus

Desired Job Skills:

  • Awareness/knowledge of Business Data Domains within the Bank of America
  • Broad knowledge of Bank of America Front Line Units, Control Functions, and products
  • Data governance and quality assurance review
  • Prioritization, action planning, and risk acceptance justification
