The Card Account Manager will manage a large portfolio of Bank of America Purchase, Corporate Card & Corporate Travel Card clients in the GCB, PSB, and HENFP segments - $1B+ in portfolio volume producing approximately $7MM in annual revenue. Primary duties include optimizing client card programs, cross-selling additional commercial card products/services, maximizing card revenue from client relationships, developing measurable strategic plans to foster card program expansion, developing effective marketing & communication plans, & applying card program best practices to ensure offerings and support meet and/or exceed client expectations. Detailed knowledge of client's overall payment strategy is important in order to help introduce other treasury solutions to help clients drive additional efficiencies. Additional duties include building strong partnerships with internal partners, complete account & portfolio business reviews, budget/forecast volumes and rebates, pricing, contract management, rebate payment management, and service escalations.
Strong sales, organizational, project management, analytical, marketing, and client relationship management skills. Program analysis and analytical capabilities are essential. Must be comfortable working with senior corporate personnel, as well as internal Client Management and Treasury Management partners. Comfortable working with and demonstrating information reporting systems.
