Job Description:

The role would be to cover institutional clients in Germany / Austria across the range of Equity Products including Flow Derivatives, Structured Derivatives, Delta 1 Equity Products, and Synthetic Financing

Role Description:

  • Responsible for marketing the bank’s services to new and existing clients
  • To ensure penetration increase of the business with the bank’s existing clients
  • Provide advice and opinion to clients with appropriate strategies
  • Price and execute transactions with approved clients
  • Ensure all audit, legal and regulatory requirements (AML, KYC) are adhered to, including compliance with all limits

    Skills / Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level  (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience on derivatives sales side, ideally cross product (i.e. across flow derivs, structured, delta 1 etc )
  • German speaking
  • Ideally Experience in the coverage of (German) institutional clients
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving  skills are required
  • Meticulous attention to detail, diligence and conscientiousness
  • Capable of working effectively both independently and with multiple teams/individuals
  • Experienced in the product area, with relevant trading room exposure
  • Well developed numerate skills and a good understanding of macro-and micro-economics
  • Marketing, sales and presentation skills
  • Confident with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good systems knowledge (Bloomberg, Excel etc)
