Key Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility is to actively manage the credit aspects for the portfolio of borrowers which compromise subsidiaries of multinational companies domiciled in Australia and Southeast Asia:
  • Lead and manage the acknowledgement process for these incoming credit relationships including escalations to senior management team.
  • Preparation of credit proposals and financial analysis of subsidiary borrowers and obtain local risk approval.
  • Preparation, review & negotiation of credit documents and loan agreements.
  • Perform ongoing portfolio monitoring and identify, escalate & manage emerging risks in the portfolio
  • Participate in projects/initiatives to streamline and improve processes.

Key Requirements

  • Knowledge of banking products across Loan, Trade Finance, Transactional Services & Treasury and experience with credit / loan documentation is essential
  • Prior experience in a customer service role within a bank
  • Able to interpret and analyse financial statements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Has an analytical mind and takes a proactive attitude towards problem solving
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
