Sr Digital Channels Manager I

Job Description:


This position will drive overall strategic vision, development and execution of client integration with CashPro, globally. Success will require a strong partnership with a variety of teams within and outside of Bank of America, and direct work with partners around the globe to ensure regional market needs and regulatory requirements are met.

Core functions and requirements for the CashPro Client Integration Product Manager role:

•      Drive the global roadmap for CashPro client integration, with a key focus on the CashPro API channel, including strategy definition, business case development, and delivery of solutions which increase CashPro client adoption

•      Drive solutions and functionality that removes client adoption barriers and increases client utilization of digital tools

•      Commercialize CashPro integration in GTS working across Card, Trade and all product management teams

•      Drive operational excellence, promoting and maximizing adoption of CashPro by leveraging all aspects of the product management discipline

•      Provide strong subject matter expertise in digital banking and channel capabilities

•      Assist fulfillment, servicing, reporting and technical teams to drive experience, operational improvements, and manage risk

  • Financial services and/ or banking knowledge and experience
  • Proficiency in standard office tools and project management software


  • Knowledge of Treasury Management and digital channels solutions including connectivity solutions
  • Ability to work in a team environment and to manage and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to provide creative solutions both independently and as part of a team for unique client needs
  • Good understanding or desire to learn new technology 
  • Keen eye for market focus, competitive intelligence and awareness
  • Strong analytical skills to address complex issues 
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Knowledge of global cultures and economics
