Manages a team of Consumer Product Strategic Analyst III that are responsible for developing reporting for Life & Specialty Services businesses including Bankruptcy, Credit Reporting, Deceased, LOCRO, SCRA, Quality Assurance and Business Controls with a knowledge of enterprise bank products.  This position requires interaction across multiple business partners to manage reporting intake requirements and translate them into operational reporting.

Key functions involve associate management, development, report data governance, issue closures, audit support, and work prioritization.  Responsibilities include associate development, mentoring, and communication in group forums.  Additional business partners include technology, quality assurance, issue management, transformation Agile Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, risk and compliance.  Responsible for making hiring decisions and training of new team members.

Required Skills:

  • Required Skills: 5+ years report development experience
  • SQL Server, Oracle, SSIS, SAS
  • Experience with Enterprise Databases (The W)
  • Ability to translate high level business requirements into technical data requirements
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentations) and ability to solve complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including One Note, Excel, PowerPoint, Access  
  • Ability to work with diverse team members in virtual environment
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • CODM experience
  • SDP (Data Lake) experience
  • Agile Experience and/or certification
  • BI Tools - Tableau, TOAD, MicroStrategy
  • Experience with funded technology projects
  • Team management skills including staff meetings, one-on-ones, and career management
  • Experience with researching data elements in support of new code development. Examples should include leveraging Metadata in research efforts to create accurate data results.
  • Detail oriented with proven problem-solving skills.
