The Bank of America Prime Brokerage group is expanding, and looking to hire for a Client-facing front office role.  Join a high performing global team that covers some of the largest, most complex Hedge Funds and Asset Managers across the globe.


Role Description:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive Client satisfaction and look for strategic opportunities to improve both revenues and operational processes.
  • Product Development – ability to own strategic projects that will advance the overall PB offering.  High level of coordination with Technology partners.
  • Serve as escalation contact for client Operational issues
  • Act as relationship owner for existing clients
  • Perform demos of in-house trading and reporting platform
  • Partner with sales, product and risk to ensure client requirements can be met and work out solutions where possible
  • Work with Onboarding and Implementation teams on new Client go-lives
  • Serve as point of contact for non-BAU client requests: coordinate with risk, client service, Docs, and other teams to provide solutions and implement
  • SME on PB product and flows
  • Support the sales force originating new clients and relationships

Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level  (or equivalent)

Skills:

  • Demonstrable Prime Brokerage experience – product knowledge essential
  • Client Coverage and Account Management skills – with history thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to drive change and improve the status quo of the PB Product Offering – thinking outside the box
  • Team First mentality – sincere desire to work well with others across a wide variety of business lines and levels of seniority
  • Ability to grow the role into a relationship management and junior origination sales
