The Commercial Support Specialist (CSS) serves as the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Compliance Risk partner for Relationship Managers in the management of their portfolio. The primary responsibility of the role is to manage the Customer Due Diligence processes by ensuring timely and accurate compliance to policy and regulatory requirements related to Anti-Money Laundering and related Know-Your-Client activities. The CSS will execute national and regional initiatives, self-identified audit issues, KYC/AML onboarding, and record refresh and remediation projects. They will also manage risk activities related to wires, check fraud, overdraft/ uncollected funds and serves as point of contact for overdraft monitoring and escalations.
