Description:

  • Responsible for independently executing multiple areas of test work during audit activities
  • Identify opportunities to automate testing or create continuous monitoring
  • Identifies control deficiencies, discusses with line management and initiates audit issue and severity risk rating discussions in assigned test areas. Further, engages in discussions about risk and demonstrates business knowledge
  • Demonstrate basic project management skills
  • Build and maintain peer business partner relationships. Exercises critical thinking and judgment to effectively influence management to improve the control environment
  • Consistently strives to improve processes and challenge the status quo to improve existing operating environment

What you’ll need:

  • Good knowledge of infrastructure and applications/systems control processes and associated Laws and Regulations either from extensive audit experience or alternatively a technical specialist who has worked at a senior level in a dedicated technology role.
  • Previous experience in Audit, Risk or other relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - able to develop and convey a point of view
  • Ability to quickly assimilate knowledge and analyse processes with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a team player attitude. Individual with desire to learn and teach others, high energy, positive attitude
  • Preferred CISA, CISM, IIA qualification or similar
