The candidate will have to be the lead for several applications including NetApp's DFM and OCUM products, HCP's PENTAHO product and EMC's INSIGHT IQ product. These applications are used to monitor the health and welfare of our global NAS storage devices. The candidate will have to act as the SME for the applications and provides support to NAS Storage Operations as they deal with issues related to our storage devices.

Responsibilities include day-to-day support of a global infrastructure including system performance monitoring, and implementation of system maintenance and alerting activities. For these applications, the candidate will be responsible for application upgrades to servers, daily health checks on the NAS storage devices that the applications support, completion of compliance deliverables set by security, vulnerability remediation of all threats to servers, project support, audit remediation support and manage vendor support as required when NAS storage issue come up.

Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor. Will not have direct reports but will influence and direct activities related to special initiatives or operations. Typically 5 or more years of Storage experience, specifically NAS.


Required Skills:

  • Understanding of NAS
  • Understanding of SAN
  • Windows server administration
  • ​Linux server administration
  • Project management experience preferred
