Responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling for multiple products with the goal of maximizing profits and asset growth and minimizing risk and operating losses and/or other financial and marketing exposures. Develops complex program models to extract data and uses multiple databases to acquire statistical and financial data. Utilizes portfolio trends to propose policy/procedural changes within segmentation structure to produce optimal results. Excels at risk/reward trade off. Build relationships with external agencies. Participates in the rollout of company-wide pilot programs developed as a result of programmed models. Duties primarily include the regular use of discretion, independent judgment, the ability to communicate with multiple levels of management and the utilization of core leadership behaviors. SAS and/or MicroStrategy experience preferred; 2-5 years' experience preferred.

Centralized Procedures and Correspondence (CPC) performs Collateral Content Management and Product Support for Consumer and Small Business products and operations.  As a Content Engineer, you will plan for the creation, publication, and governance of useful, usable content. A content engineer organizes the shape, structure, and application of content to templates by developing, implementing and controlling a content taxonomy.

Required Skills

  • 2 - 5+ years of experience with content models, taxonomies, schemas, adaptive content
  • Exceptional writing, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated
  • Collaborate well across distributed team
  • Comfortable with speaking in public
  • Comfortable with enterprise or institutional clients and environments

Desired Skills

  • Exposure to marketing software, and customer buying lifecycle concepts
  • Experience with content management tools (e.g. Messagepoint, Web Experience Management, Exstream, Adobe, Sitecore, Kentico and others).
  • Experience as a data architect
  • Experience building personalized content for various audience segments
  • Working understanding of print and digital publishing
