ATM Technology Lead

Job Description:

Bank of America is looking for strong talent to join the ATM Technology team.  Ideal candidates will have the following experience and skills:

ATM Development

  • Experience implementing ATM user interfaces using one of the vendor ATM client packages offered from companies such as Diebold, NCR, Phoenix, etc..
  • Experience writing client side transaction code on ATM’s
  • Experience working in an ATM test lab situation where physical machine Unit Testing is required
  • Skilled in C++, C# , HTML and Javascript ( + Angular JS)
  • Experience in Test Driven Development practices, especially if applied to ATM domain
  • Experience developing and leveraging Automated Testing tools to regression test ATM solutions in simulated environments.
  • Experience in all other standard Development practices typical in an enterprise (code reviews, Development methodologies such as Agile/Iterative/incremental,  etc..)
  • Comfortable working with ATM physical Hardware as well as using an ATM screen like a customer.  Examples include filling cash cartridges, plugging and unplugging cables and devices, and other general physical machine situations

ATM Device Handler experience

  • Experience implementing transaction processing and ATM Device Handler solutions
  • Skilled in C++ and/or Java in a server side ATM device handler environment
  • Experience with ATM key management and security protocols such as EPP Master Key, RKMS, and EPP Pin encryption keying.
  • Experience on Base24 or replacing legacy Base24 solutions
  • Experience implementing and managing an enterprise scale transaction processing Middle tier (Device Handler) that runs in a 5-9’s environment

ATM Testing experience

  • Software testing experience including all aspects of a typical software tester (test planning, execution, defect logging, tracking, etc)
  • Experience with ATM software testing.
  • Experience Setting up ATM testing conditions and validating transactional success in all back end systems
  • ·Experience grooming functionality Use Cases/Stories and designing Test plans on an ATM to test the new capabilities
  • Experience using and manipulating ATM hardware to set up physical test scenarios that create real world failure conditions.
  • Comfortable working with ATM physical Hardware as well as using an ATM screen like a customer.  Examples include filling cash cartridges, plugging and unplugging cables and devices, and other general physical machine situations
