Process Overview

The Documentation Team receives the engagements indicating the customer’s acceptance of the credit facility and the approved credit structure. The documentation administrator performs required due diligence activities (varies depending on type of credit). Once the due diligence is completed, the team creates legal documents based on the type of credit facility. The documents are then sent to the Client Manager for Client's signature.

Job Description*

The individual will be a part of BLO – Inline QA team. The candidate should have good knowledge of loan life cycle and should be familiar with LIQ functionality. The job will involve working extensively with different stake holders, including line of business partners, support functions and leadership team for seamless operational delivery.


  • Responsible to carry out appropriate due diligence for each Loan facility
  • Responsible to ensure that the tasks are completed within the given SLAs
  • Need to meet all the applicable CTQs for the business
  • Effective Analytical skills are required to ensure that correct action is taken on each transaction
  • Interact with LOB partners for a quick resolution of issues
  • Be a key contributor to business initiatives that require subject matter expertise
  • To perform inline reviews on loans processed by BLO teams
  • To carry out review according to SOPs & Checklist for each Loan
  • To adhere to procedures & policies while performing Inline QA
  • Identify defects, facilitate rectification within the cut-off times
  • Interact with Operations SMEs & Trainers for calibration
  • Be a key contributor to business initiatives that require subject matter expertise


  • Education:- Graduate / Post graduate
  • Certifications If Any-:- N/A
  • Experience Range:-- 3 - 5 years of total experience with financial or banking industry
